The room was really spacious and super clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Huge bathroom too, and the fridge was handy. We got a nice fruit basket upon arrival and a surprise birthday cake – so thoughtful! Loved the bathrobes and slippers, made it feel like a little luxury getaway. Definitely felt well taken care of!

The buffet spread was an absolute feast, with sweet biscuits that had us going back for seconds! The friendly staff made our dining experience even better. Plus, the well-maintained gardens created a dreamy backdrop for our meals.

The star prestige amenities closed too early, which was a bummer. Our room’s shower gel was empty after just one shower, and my husband faced some gluten hiccups during dinner.

iberostar selection offers spacious, comfortable rooms. the food choices were abundant and satisfying. it’s just a short walk to the port. the staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the animation team, which made our stay even more enjoyable. we loved the whirlpool bath area for a relaxing experience.

The attention to detail by the staff stood out throughout my stay. Imed from Guest Relations was exceptionally welcoming, always checking in on guests' comfort. Hichem's service in the buffet restaurant made meals feel special. I especially enjoyed the garden view from my room, which added a touch of tranquility to my experience.

The location had a few areas that could use better signage.

the only downside was the air conditioning not working properly. but the staff was super friendly, the pool area was beautiful, and the food options were tasty! really enjoyed the fresh crepes!

i stayed here with my family and was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was than my previous stay in port el kantaoui. the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help and made us feel very welcome. the food was varied and delicious, offering something for everyone at every meal.
